My dog is fine. It’s the strangest thing! She woke up the next morning and seemed to be doing much better. By the end of the day, she was perfect! Running, jumping, acting like herself. I have no idea what that was about, but I’m glad she’s ok.

There is something wrong with my dog Roxy. She can’t stand up on her own. We had to lift her up to take her potty. This all just started today and we have no idea what may have caused it. She isn’t favoring one leg at all, it’s both legs… Almost like it’s her hips that are bothering her. She is acting confused, like she doesn’t know what to do with herself. All she can do is lay there.

This sucks, I’m really worried about her.

Today was a lovely day. I met with a couple of other moms this morning at Monkey Joe’s and we had a good time catching up while the little ones ran around. For those of you that don’t know, Monkey Joes is almost like a Chuck E Cheese’s only instead of a bunch of arcade games there are a bunch of big inflated bouncy house things. It’s pretty neat for the kids actually, there are huge inflated slides, and there are some obstacle courses and such, too. Anyway, catching up with Rachel and Michelle was pretty cool.

Other than that, I just sat around and did pretty much nothing all day. I was supposed to meet a client online at 1pm. She IM’d me about 12:45 and I told her to give me a couple of minutes and I would be ready. That was the last I heard from her! She just disappeared. I IM’d her and emailed her but she never responded. I wonder if she lost her Internet connection or something.

Meh, I don’t really have much else to blog about, unless you all want to hear about how cool my iPad is?

I do believe if my husband has the opportunity he will hijack this iPad and throw it in the lake, lol! I have never owned an iPod or iPhone or i-anything for that matter, so I’m not used to all the cool stuff you can download. I’ve spent the last few days playing around with it and downloading applications and I do believe dear hubby may feel ignored. Well, I will get over the novelty of it soon enough and I will get back to wasting my rime on a real computer instead.

In other news, I am officially broke now. Can I borrow a dollar?

Well, I managed to miss another holiday entirely. I got so sick yesterday that I missed Easter altogether. It was awful! I don’t know if it was food poisoning or what, but I spent all day in the bathroom. I slept the majority of the day. I did wake up about 11:30pm and finally managed to eat my holiday dinner. I called in sick for today, but I do feel slightly better. I’m not nauseous anymore, but my head is killing me and my back hurts something wicked from sleeping for so many hours.

On a different note, my job gave me a wireless modem to use at work. This would be the perfect opportunity to buy a 3G router and have wi-fi at work so I can use my iPad! Besides that, my boss decided he didn’t really have need for a modem so he didn’t get one. With a router, he could just mooch off of my connection if he needed to! See? Win-win, right? I’m really just trying to find a way to get my iPad connected at work, lol. I want to call my boss and ask him about it, but since I called in sick I don’t want to call him all excited about a router. I do have to wonder if my company will even allow it due to security issues. I hope so.

Anyway, that’s it for now. I managed to type this entire entry on my iPad which is awesome. Not nearly as hard to type on as you would think, and there is a nifty little app for my wordpress that I downloaded.
